    Dr. Michael G. Wade, MD

He has been a loving and caring primary care provider serving the Valley for more than 40 years. Had served his country as a naval officer before going to medical school. His practice includes but is not limited to family medicine, and orthopedics.

He has worn many hats throughout his long medical career. While he is primarily known in the Valley as a general family practitioner, he has also been a hospitalist, an orthopedic, a critical care doctor, and a great trauma surgeon. He has dedicated the last decades to teaching his patients the importance of preventative health. He believes preventive care is the most effective way to address issues before they become problems. In addition, doctor Wade devotes lots of his time to caring for homeless veterans.

Tekoya Moseline Calixte MSN, APRN, FNP-C

My lifelong goal has been to embrace a holistic approach to healthcare, delving into the root causes of diseases rather than just addressing symptoms. Collaborating with Dr. Wade, my focus at CalHealth Family Clinic is prioritizing patients, upholding financial transparency, and delivering personalized care.

My path to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner encompasses a 20-year tenure as an ICU nurse within the Valley's major hospital systems. Achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999, I later pursued a Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019. Additionally, my service as a naval officer spans two decades, including two tours in Kandahar, Afghanistan. The principles of the cost of freedom and unwavering support for all U.S. military branches profoundly influence my values, guiding my contributions to CalHealth Family Clinic.

My commitment to compassionate care, honor, and dedication stems from my experiences as an ICU nurse and military officer. As a woman of faith, I find fulfillment in attending church with my husband of over 25 years. Extending the same level of care to our patients as I do to my loved ones is a principle I uphold. Our lively household, comprising five children and five dogs, exudes enthusiasm and love—a positive energy I am enthusiastic about bringing to CalHealth Family Clinic.
